Edward and Robert, while always passionate about green painting and design, also involve themselves with other noteworthy pursuits, some in the painting and design world and some not. But like any life well-lived what we do in one aspect of it can positively inform another.

Imagine waking up and having nowhere to take your morning shower and not having a clean toilet to use.
Imagine living in a slum where the corrugated tin houses are built upon mounds of human excrement and the roads are paved with discarded bottles and plastic bags. This is the the reality faced by millions of inhabitants in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. And these problems are only worsening.

Up With Hope along with the Soweto Youth Group aim to help alleviate the problem faced by the people of these slums. With your support these groups provide the initial investment to build a sustainable, community-run management and sanitation business to help stop the spread of disease and break the cycle of poverty.
